From casual backyard BBQs to formal roast beef dinners, our “down home” catering is designed to complement your day on the greens.
The Backyard BBQ
Enjoy 18 holes of golf on either Twisted Pines or Sumac Grove before gathering on the Covered Patio or Tent to get your party going. When the chow bell rings, head for the Barbecue Hut to pick up a variety of barbecued Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, or Spicy Sausages. Be sure to add the trimmings from the condiment bar and heap your plate with your choice of potato salad, pasta salad, and coleslaw. You can grab a coffee, tea, or beverage from the cash bar and settle in to enjoy the great food and company. While dessert is not included in the base package, a variety of sweet selections can be discussed when booking your group’s event.
BBQ Striploin Steak or 1/4 Chicken
After your round, gather on the Covered Patio and let the festivities begin. At the first call for dinner, visit the Barbecue Hut and let the chef know exactly how you would like your steak or chicken prepared. While you wait, head over to the Salad Bar for a heaping helping of fresh garden salad with a variety of dressings. Once your name is called, pick up your main course along with a baked potato and hot vegetables from the steam table. Complete your meal with sour cream and spices before joining your friends. Dessert is always an available option and can be added for a minimum charge to cap off a super day of golf and friendship.
The Chef’s Roast Beef Dinner
Your guests will enjoy our signature Chef’s Special: a traditional Roast Beef Dinner, carved to suit and served with both baked and scalloped potatoes. This premium meal includes a vegetable medley, garden fresh salad, a full buns and bread bar, and a pickle and cheese tray. To finish, your group will enjoy a variety of dessert options along with coffee or tea. This is our premier offering for formal banquets and private parties looking for a full-service dining experience.
The Caddie Lunch Packages
For groups on the move, we offer two convenient lunch specials to keep you fueled during play. The Bag Lunch contains a freshly made sandwich, a bag of potato chips, a granola bar, a vegetable snack, and a soft drink or water. Alternatively, the BBQ Snack features the grill fired up and ready with a choice of a hot dog or hamburger with all the trimmings, served with potato chips, a veggie and snack tray, and a soft drink or water.
